Information on Booking a Stay with our Hotel

  1. We make a reservation by email, using our form or by phone.
  2. To confirm your reservation, we kindly request an advance payment at time of your reservation request. Payment should be made to the account provided.
  3. The deadline for this advance payment is determined by the owner of the facility. Upon arrival, the remaining balance for your stay is to be settled promptly.
  4. You have the option to make the advance payment in full up to 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival date. Please note that any advance payments made after this deadline are non-refundable.


It is the responsibility of each guest to read the above Regulations. Ignorance of the Regulations does not exempt from complying with the rules contained therein.

Reservation & Stay Terms & Guidelines

  1. By utilizing our services, guests agree to adhere to the regulations outlined below, as well as health, safety, and fire protection guidelines, and to comply with any requests made by the property owners in exceptional circumstances.
  2. Check-in time begins at 3:00pm on the day of arrival, with check-out time set for 11:00am on the day of departure.
  3. Kindly observe quiet hours from 11:00pm to 7:00am
  4. Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited in all rooms.
  5. Before departing your room, please ensure all lights and electrical devices are turned off.
  6. A fee of $40 will be charged for any lost keys.
  7. We cannot be held responsible for any personal property left in the rooms.
  8. Guests are financially liable for any damages or destruction caused by themselves or their companions.
  9. Parking on the property is reserved solely for guests of our establishment. Parking is free of charge and unattended. We hold no responsibility for vehicles or their contents left in the parking area.
  10. Dogs are permitted on the premises only with prior arrangement with the property owners. Dogs, especially those of aggressive or large breeds, must be leashed and, if applicable, muzzled. Owners are liable for any damages caused by their pets and are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout the property.
  11. Please maintain cleanliness throughout the premises and property.
  12. Should you notice any irregularities, kindly inform the property owner promptly.
